|Recommended: YesReplacment — Wish that long term residents could get updates easier. Maybe even a discount deal of some kind for replacing out dated and terribly worn out things in their apartments. I love living here but need updates that I can't get unless I move to another unit in the complex.

|Recommended: YesWanted to Give High Marks to the Maintenance Staff — We have generally happily lived here for years and have gone through the complex having been owned by several companies. Some of the companies have been far better at taking care of the property and having a good maintenance team. We're happy to say that we very recently experienced outstanding maintenance service, from the request process response to the professional and friendly staff that resolved our odd and end issues right away. They did a great job I'm sorry to say that I didn't catch the 2nd gentleman's name that helped with the repairs, but one of them was Todd. I hope you can find your other employee's name in your records for our apartment, or via Todd. So, my husband and I just wanted to give credit where credit was due, and wanted to say thank you to the property and the maintenance staff for a job very well done.

|Recommended: YesEnjoy Troy Farms — We have been here for 8 years this year. We have been very happy living here and will continue to remain here. We have never had a problem with the staff that works here, they have always been friendly and helpful. Maintenance has always responded quickly and did a good job with whatever needs fixed.
